I had my first visit today. From the moment I entered the door, I felt welcomed and cared for. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Dr. Chao put me at ease, and that isn’t easy as I’m normally one of those nervous people who fear the dentist. Dr. Chao, and her staff, went above and beyond. As a Nurse myself, I am also very particular. The office was impeccable and beyond professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Chao, her staff and the entire Nona Modern Dentistry!

I cracked my tooth unexpectedly and after searching through many reviews on google I found Nona Modern Dentistry. I was a bit nervous because I haven’t had the best experience with dentists. But this was by far the best experience I had. They were straightforward with my options and honestly very affordable (I am self pay). Dr. Chao and her staff made sure I was comfortable and were able to get me in and out. I think I’ve found my new dentist!

This was my first visit, and I found them while driving by. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind, attentive, and understanding. Dr. Chao made me feel like I was talking to a supportive friend rather than a doctor. There was no judgment, just genuine care and understanding. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. They let me play my choice of music, gave me a blanket because I was freezing, and even offered me chapstick! Everyone was so accommodating and thoughtful. The window with natural light also made the space feel warm, peaceful, and relaxing. Anna did an amazing job with my cleaning and gave me great recommendations for caring for my teeth at home. I truly appreciated how comfortable and cared for everyone made me feel. I’m so glad I found this office and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a dental team that treats you with kindness, compassion, and understanding!
